IAC News Archive1/1/2010 - Happy New YearWe believe this is going to be a very good year for Silicon Valley and the SF Bay Area in general. Most companies are profitable and a few are doing exceptionally well even though we are barely out of the "official" recession. The world is hungry for the latest high tech devices and that appetite only slackened a bit throughout the recession. Banking is now back on its feet and housing prices have stopped falling. At the lower end they've even gone up a bit. Job losses have finally stopped and it looks like that will be turning around sharply as well. Sooo, everybody, hold onto your hats and Happy New Year! |
